Barbara Zirakzadeh, Special Education for Children in Needs
Barbara is a retired educator from Connecticut. Barbara earned her Master’s Degree in Education, focusing on special education.
She taught in the classroom, and in the resource center. As her teaching career progressed, Barbara earned her Sixth Year Degree as a literacy consultant, and worked with students with special needs, teachers, nurses, psychologists, and parents in the public school community, as well as teaching graduate classes at the University of Connecticut.

Barbara lives with her husband Ernie, and their little dog Charlie, in Scottsdale, (escaping to the Cape Cod National Seashore in the summer).
